Service Selection and Invoicing

  • Clients must thoroughly review the Fee Schedule sent via email and select the appropriate services that meet their needs.
  • You must discuss and confirm services before making an invoice payment.
  • We will bill any additional services requested after an invoice has been paid separately, and you must prepay before we render the service.

Payment Terms

  • Prepayment Required: All fees and service packages are prepaid only.
  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    • E-transfer
    • Cash
    • Major credit and debit cards (Note: A 5% processing and terminal fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions.)
  • Taxes: A 13% tax will be applied to all fees as an additional cost to the client.

Additional Charges

Any extra charges related to products, materials, collaborative services, third-party services, or miscellaneous expenses will be added to the invoice. These will be discussed and agreed upon during the consultation process.

Working Hours and Additional Costs

  • Regular Hours: Our regular operating hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • In such cases, requests for services outside of regular hours, including emergencies, rush requests, or services required on provincial or federal holidays, will therefore incur additional charges as outlined in the Fee Schedule or as agreed upon by both parties.

New Client Consultation

We offer a free 30-minute consultation for new clients. This session is designed to understand your needs and provide tailored service recommendations.

Pricing and Negotiations

  • MOAF Lifestyle & Personal Concierge Services reserves the right to update or change pricing at any time.
  • Any negotiated pricing that differs from the published Fee Schedule is valid for 24 hours only.

Mileage Fees

Services required outside a 10 km radius of our base location will incur an additional mileage fee, which will be added to the hourly fee as outlined in the Fee Schedule.

Additional Fees

Any unforeseen fees will be discussed with the client in advance and must be agreed upon prior to being applied.

Right to Refuse Service

MOAF Lifestyle & Concierge Services reserves the right to refuse any business or requests deemed inappropriate or unsuitable for our services.

Rude or Disrespectful Behavior

At MOAF Lifestyle & Concierge Services, we are committed to providing exceptional service with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. We also expect our clients to engage with our team members in the same manner.

Rude, disrespectful, or abusive behavior toward our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive language, aggressive behavior, shouting or yelling or any form of harassment. Should such behavior occur, MOAF Lifestyle & Concierge Services reserves the right to:

  • Immediately terminate the conversation or engagement.
  • As a result, we may refuse further services to the offending individual.
  • Cancel ongoing agreements without a refund.
